(February 3, 2026) – Vocational Trucks and Equipment (VTE) has named Joe Pisano as Chief Commercial Officer, further strengthening the company’s focus on dealer support and growth across its nationwide network. As Chief Commercial Officer, Pisano will oversee commercial strategy across VTE’s network of dealerships. He will work closely with dealer leadership to support program development and strengthen commercial performance across the organization. In this role, he will help ensure dealers are equipped with the resources, tools, and strategic support needed to deliver exceptional service and long-term value to the customers they serve.
Pisano brings more than 13 years of experience in the environmental equipment industry. He spent over three years with Clean Energy and held multiple leadership roles during eight years at McNeilus, including Director of Sales Operations. Most recently, he led Off-Rent Truck Sales at Big Truck Rental, working with independent, municipal, and national account customers to support fleet planning and equipment solutions.
Robby DeHart, who previously served as Chief Commercial Officer, transitions into the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he will increase his focus on operational support across the dealership network. As COO, he will work closely with operational leaders to enhance parts and service capabilities, strengthen customer support offerings, and further leverage VTE’s scale to improve dealership synergies and long-term growth.
